Vendor Requirements:

  1. Tent: Each vendor must provide a 10x10 tent (preferably white) to maintain a cohesive look for the event.

  2. Extension Cords & Lights: Vendors are required to bring their own extension cords and lighting to ensure their space is properly powered and lit for evening hours.

  3. National Flag: Vendors should display a 3x5 national flag of their choice at their booth, adding to the cultural diversity and vibrant atmosphere of the festival.

  4. Insurance: Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event. This is mandatory to ensure all booths are covered in case of any incidents.

  5. Samples: Vendors must prepare sufficient food samples for sample ticket holders. We will proactively communicate the amount of sample tickets sold; please ensure you have enough samples to accommodate all sample ticket holders

  6. Happy Hour Menu: Food vendors are required to provide a Happy Hour menu with discounted prices and/or smaller offerings that will be featured during the first 3 hours of the event (6pm - 9pm). Happy Hour menu to be shared with Foreigner & team for approval; deadline pending.
